Description

The City of Peoria is seeking high-quality proposals from a business or non-profit organization to moor at the City of Peoria Riverfront dock space for an operation of commercial use as a long-term tenant. The dock is approximately 160 feet, located on the Illinois River and accessible from the city’s Riverfront.

The City of Peoria seeks a creative charter services company that best demonstrates the ability to safely utilize the commercial dock while providing affordable and reliable products and services to tourists and the City of Peoria residents while paying a reasonable fee to the City of Peoria.

The lease period is anticipated to begin as soon as an Agreement is signed.

Each proposal must clearly identify the intended use and the amount of space needed for operations.
