IFB SUBMISSION INFORMATION-There are two (2) options for bid submittal.

Mailed Option-Sealed bids–one (1) original and three (3) copies–will be accepted by the City of Peoria, Purchasing Division,419 Fulton Street, Room 108, Peoria, Illinois, 61602,until 2:00 p.m. on May 9, 2023. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the bid title and bid number and marked on the outside. Please include your company name and return address on the outside of theenvelope.

Electronic Option-Bids can also be submitted electronically through BidNet. Only one (1) copy is needed. Please see Attachment D in the documents for additional information and instructions.

Bids received after the stated date and time will not be considered.Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of bids.
