Description

This bid is for the purchase sign blanks for the City of Peoria. The City plans to purchase all items listed with quantities in order column as soon as approved by the City Council. (If Required).
The quantities listed are based on current needs. If the City desires to purchase any additional material the price shall be good until after the date that is specified on the bid sheets. The City may accept minor quantity adjustments because of standard packaging that will be more economical than repackaging.

Please include price for listed quantity as well as price for the standard package. If only the standard package quantity can be provided, please note on the bid sheet.
Bidders need not bid on all items, but awards may be made on a per group of items basis if it is in the best interest of the City. Please note if any discount is offered for the award of an entire group of items or note that the per group of items price is a discounted amount.
