The City is looking for a vendor who demonstrates a creative and effective claims management process that is streamlined and user-friendly, has strong customer service focus,solid reporting capabilities, effective technological capabilities, as well as proactive and consistent management of liability claims. The City of Peoria Purchasing Division will accept sealed bids until 2:00 PM , June 13, 2023 at Peoria City Hall, 419 Fulton St. Peoria, IL 61602-RM 110. Electronic submissions are also acceptable. The public is allowed to attend the bid opening inperson or remotely via Microsoft Teams. A link will be sent through BidNet prior to the opening date.
