RFQ SUBMISSION INFORMATION - There are two (2) options for RFQ submittal.
Mailed Option - Sealed proposals – one (1) original and three (3) copies – will be accepted by the City of Peoria at the Peoria City Hall – Purchasing Division: 419 Fulton St. RM 108, Peoria, IL 61602, until 2:00 p.m. on May 9, 2024. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the bid title and bid number marked on the outside (RFQ # - RFQ Title). Please include your company name and return address on the outside of the envelope.
Electronic Option - Proposals can also be submitted electronically through BidNet. Only one (1) copy is needed. Please submit the full RFQ document with completed attachments. Please see Attachment E in the documents for additional information and instructions.
Bids received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of bids.
