05-25-21 - Issue Tracking and Project Management RFP

The Illinois Central College is managing a myriad of requests that are submitted by students, faculty, and staff.  These requests vary from support issues, services requests, and project requests.  Presently each of these requests are submitted through a variety of processes that ultimately end up in various departmental systems. 

The College is currently using several project management tools across the organization. ICC is looking for a tool that combines these functions together in a single product, and only requires a single licensing agreement. ICC is not interested in licensing multiple products that are integrated through a portal or web page.
ICC would like to license a single tool that unifies the service management, project management and service portal to meet the needs of schools into a single platform. 
The product that we are seeking should combine the above factors while maintaining WCAG 2.0 compliance.
