Description

Kane County Building Management Department is accepting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to retain a consultant to conduct asbestos, lead and mold surveys on an “as needed” basis for various Kane County properties. The consultant may also conduct hazard screens, risk assessments and other small scale surveys. They may be required to perform oversight and air sampling of asbestos abatement, lead or mold remediation projects. Projects range in size and duration from a half day to possibly multiple weeks. The consultant shall ensure that all relevant laws, standards, regulations and County specifications are followed.
