Description

The County of Kane is seeking to retain the services from a qualified and experienced Vendor for complete snow removal and salting services for various Kane County Government facilities. This is a three (3) year contract with a mutual option to extend for two (2) one (1) year renewal periods.

This is a monthly service for a “Zero Tolerance Accumulation” snow removal program with no matter how much snow falls. The snow seasons commencing from October 15, 2024, through April 15, 2025, October 15, 2025, through April 15, 2026, and October 15, 2026, through April 15, 2027.

Kane County Government Locations Special Instructions and Requirements:
It is of utmost importance these services meet the established completion time for each location. The Contractor must provide sufficient equipment and workers to compensate for the required services being provided.

Contractors shall reference the Site Map.

(*) Government Center Building C must be maintained from the entranceway starting from Rt. 31, leading to Building C (going behind Building A, parking lot #1, around Building E, parking lot #2, behind Building C, parking lot #3, and driveway going back out to Rt. 31).
