The Kane County Court Services is seeking qualification statement (RFQ) from qualified agencies/organization(s) experienced in the delivery of services to juvenile and adult offenders in need of a drug and alcohol evaluation (DAE) and appropriate referral based on the recommendation(s) of the evaluation. The Kane County Court Services will give priority consideration to those agencies that provide therapeutic assessments and interventions that have been proven to be effective with this population.
