The County of Kane invites Certified Retail Electric Supplies (Supplier) to submit proposals for Municipal Aggregated Electricity Supply and electric related services (Supply Agreement) for Residentail and Small Commercial Retail Customers in accordance with the requirements, terms, and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The County has previously entered into a Supply Agreement. The RFP is designed to continue the program. The electrical distribution company for the County is Commonwealth Edison (ComEd). This RFP is for unincorporated Kane County, with the exception of Aurora and Dundee Townships. This is a RFP only and is not a purchase order, contract or offer.
