The County of Kane (“County”) is accepting sealed proposals seeking to establish a five (5) year contract with a qualified and experienced Vendor to provide Electronic Payment Card and ACH Tax Collection Services for the Kane County Treasurer Office. The successful Vendor will be awarded a five (5) year service contract with an option for three (3) one-year renewals if mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The Vendors shall provide and implement Electronic Payment Card and ACH Tax Collection Services for the years 2023 through 2027, while meeting all Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance Standards. Vendors will need to include in their proposal a detailed description how they will meet and/or exceed these compliance standards.

ATTACHMENT B – FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY SUBMITTAL)

- Collection will include six credit/debit terminals within the Treasurer’s Office and collection over the internet (5 at our main office and 1 at the satellite office).
- The selected Vendor must have collection process in place and operational starting April 7, 2023.
