MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: A second mandatory pre-bid site meeting will be held at the Kane County Division of Transportation located at 41W011 Burlington Road, St. Charles, IL 60175 at 10 a.m. CST, Wednesday, July15, 2021. Vendors who attended the first mandatory pre-bid site meeting need not attend the second.

It is understood that the Contractors before submitting a bid, have visited the site, examined project requirements and instructions described herein, and have inspected the nature, location, character and all of the local conditions affecting of this replacement project. No allowance will be made for not being familiar and fully understand of bid plans and project specifications. Bids from contractors that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be accepted.
