The County of Kane (“County”) is soliciting proposals for a qualified firm with background and experience administering and auditing federal relief programs related to the COVID-19 pandemic, primarily but not limited to the Federal Emergency Management Agency Public Assistance (“FEMA PA”) programs, and ensuring compliance with federal laws, regulations and guidelines. The selected firm will provide financial management services and assist with the review, collection, and documentation of eligible expenses under FEMA PA requirements or any other state or federal grant programs, including but not limited to FEMA services or documentation as requested by the County.
