Description

The County of Kane (“County”) is soliciting proposals seeking qualified and experienced consulting firms or agencies for competitive and creative proposals for ongoing Liquidity Monitoring and Treasury Analysis Services. The County’s objective is to complement the current Treasurer’s Office and Finance Department’s liquidity/cash management strategy by supplying liquidity data including but not limited to, time horizon data, marketplace peer group analyses, a comprehensive treasury services plan, and cash stress-testing/simulation. This is not an investment management services or banking services request for proposal. The County is not seeking proposals from registered investment advisors, broker dealers, or banks. The successful Proposer will be a third-party data provider solely. The successful Proposer will not be provided cash for management or deposit.
