Description

The Kane County Health Department seeks to identify qualified and experienced professionals/consultants and enter into a service agreement to provide infant and early childhood mental health services meeting the Illinois Model of Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health.

This is a one (1) year service contract with a mutual option for four (4) possible one-year renewal periods. RFQ documents and submittal responses must be submitted electronically at Bidnet Direct and Registration is free to all vendors.
