The Peoria County State's Attorney and Peoria County Circuit Clerk are seeking proposals from all interested providers for the collections of fines, costs, fees, and restitution in traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases. These services will be provided as an independent contractor and successful vendor and its employees will not be considered employees of the County or either elected official.

The County of Peoria is currently accepting proposals from qualified vendors for RFP #07-01-19 Collection Services.
RFP INFORMATION
Sealed proposals will be accepted by the County of Peoria, Purchasing Division, 324 Main Street, Room 501, Peoria, Illinois, 61602, until 10:00 a.m. on June 14, 2019. Please submit one (1) original, two (2) copies. RFPs shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the RFP name and number and the due date and time marked on the outside. Please include your company name and return address on the outside of the envelope.

RFPs received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened and publicly recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of RFPs.
