01-02-21 - Construction Management at Risk Services

INTRODUCTION
The County of Peoria is currently accepting qualification statements from qualified vendors for Construction Management at Risk Services.


RFQ INFORMATION
Sealed qualification statements – one original and five copies and the entire response on a flash drive will be accepted by the County of Peoria, Purchasing Division, 324 Main Street, Room 501, Peoria, Illinois, 61602, until 2:00 p.m. on August 2, 2021.  Submissions shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the RFQ name and number, due date and time marked on the outside.   The vendor's name and return address should also be included on the outside of the envelope. 

Submissions received after the stated date and time will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder unopened.  Faxed submissions will not be accepted. Submissions will be opened and publicly recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of submissions. All current CDC COVID 19 precautions shall be followed for the public to enter the building.
