01-03-21 - Liability and Workers Compensation Third Party Administrative Services

INTRODUCTION
The County of Peoria is currently accepting proposals from qualified vendors for Liability and Workers’ Compensation Third Party Administrative Services.


RFP INFORMATION
Sealed proposals – one (1) original and three (3) copies and one copy on a flash drive as – will be accepted by the Peoria County Finance Office/Purchasing Division, 324 Main Street, Room 501, Peoria, Illinois, 61602, until 2:00 p.m. on August 24, 2021.  Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the RFP name and number, due date and time marked on the outside.   The vendor's name and return address should also be included on the outside of the envelope. 

Proposals received after the stated date and time will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder unopened.  Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened and publicly recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of proposals. All COVID 19 precautions will be followed for the public to enter the building. Current building requirements: masks required.
