The purpose of this request is to secure quotations for services of a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) on the County’s behalf. The County of Peoria is currently contracted with MedTrak Services. The County has two (2) major medical plans and an indemnity plan. Each plan has its own 3-tier drug benefit that is equivalent to multi-source. The County does not have a Preferred Drug List (PDL / formulary).
