The County of Peoria (“County”) is requesting proposals from professional institutional property advisors and brokers with experience in the marketing and sale of health care real estate, long-term care and/or rehabilitation facilities. The County will be reviewing proposals to select a licensed qualified Broker (individual or firm) to provide specified services related to the marketing of the County’s Heddington Oaks Facility (“HO”) including the physical property, negotiation of a sale transaction, and preparation of related documents and issuance of notifications as required by law.
