Description

The St. Louis Regional Airport is accepting sealed quotes for the demolition and removal of three buildings totaling approximately 9,300 square feet of vacant buildings constructed on concrete slabs. Quote should include removal of all debris and concrete slabs from property. Additional site clean-up to include removing miscellaneous items on property including a semi-covered shed and storage items. Quote should include removal of gravel drive lanes around the lot and returning the site and property to a level grade using clean dirt and seeding. Access to the existing billboard will be maintained from the roadway. Located at 423 N Bellwood Drive in East Alton, Illinois or parcel ID: 19-2-08-11-16-405-017.

The selected contractor will be responsible for obtaining any appropriate permits for the demolition as well as ensuring compliance with any applicable environmental regulations.

Quotes will be accepted until Friday, January 12th, 2024 at 4:00pm and can be delivered to 8 Terminal Drive, East Alton, IL 62024 (building #11) or emailed to airportdirector@stlouisregional.com. The St. Louis Regional Airport reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes and to waive any technicalities. Prevailing wage must be paid and included in the quote. A signed prevailing wage document will be required by the selected contractor prior to any work. Contractor must be licensed, insured, and bonded, and able to provide documentation upon request.
