Description

The Authority owns an existing facility containing approximately 2,400 square feet of carpet and approximately 750 feet of vinyl flooring installed over a concrete slab. This project will remove all flooring determined by the Authority (approximately 3,070 square feet) and replace with a product(s) selected by the Authority. Installation shall be provided by the Vendor along with methods of disposal of existing material and any related scrap. The Vendor shall be responsible for any damages during installation.

Scope of Services
St. Louis Regional Airport will look for the Vendor to provide services to include, but not limited to:

Evaluation of flooring options with final product(s) to be selected by the Authority
Removal of existing flooring material as determined by the Authority
Installation of new flooring material, and associated items relevant to the flooring installation
- Approximately 2,500 square feet of carpet
- Approximately 570 square feet of luxury vinyl plank flooring
Disposal of all existing floor materials and any waste from the installation in a manner off-site
Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

By issuing this RFP, the Authority is not obligated to enter into an agreement with any of the interested consultants. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals submitted and to waive any and/or all irregularities pertaining to the submission of proposals. Prevailing wage must be included in any provided proposal along with itemized breakdown of services. The selected Vendor must be licensed to perform this work.
