ALN-2023-09 - Roof Replacement

The St. Louis Regional Airport is accepting bids for the repair and/or replacement of several roofs on property, but located on different buildings.  Bids will be accepted until Wednesday, May 10th at 3:30pm.  Bids can be delivered to #8 Terminal Drive, East Alton, IL 62024 (building #11) or emailed to airportdirector@stlouisregional.com.  The St. Louis Regional Airport reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities.  Prevailing wage must be paid and included in the bid.  Contractor must be licensed, insured, and bonded.  Each building roof must be submitted as its own bid and own project.  Contractor has the ability to bid on as many of the projects as they wish.
 

• Project Cedar House: Full tear off and replacement of asphalt shingle roof only on mansard roof portion of a residential property.  Replacement should be with similar asphalt shingles to remainder of existing roof.  Estimated at 800 sq ft total.
• Project Fire House:  Full tear off of asphalt shingle roof on two story sloped roof.  Replacement option should include both asphalt shingle options or metal roof option.  Estimated at 2,190 sq ft total.
• Project T-Hangar:  Installation of approximately 2,200 sq ft of metal roof on existing aircraft t-hangar structure.  Also evaluating options to complete full tear off and replacement of approximately 11,500 sq ft of metal roof on same structure as a repair.
• Project Shipping and Receiving:  Repair and/or replacement of existing membrane roof on flat surface estimated at approximately 2,200 sq ft.
