23-038 - Centennial Park West Concert Venue

The Village of Orland Park is requesting proposals from qualified general contractors for the construction of the Centennial Park West Concert Venue. This project includes site clearing, earth work, concrete and concrete paving, asphalt paving, masonary, metals, wood/plastics/composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security, exterior improvements, landscaping, fencing, and utilities all in support of the construction of a concert stage with supporting band suite (band rooms, restrooms, showers, hospitality suite, manager’s office, electrical and storage room), audience lawn and ADA seating, vendor, sponsor and VIP pads, sound mixing station, paths, a service yard and loading dock.
