The Village of Orland Park is requesting proposals from a Design-Builder to design, permit, construct and perform all other services (design-build) necessary to provide Reconstruction of Pressurized Potable Water Piping at various locations within the Crystal Tree Community in the Village of Orland Park, Illinois. Due to the condition of the host pipe the new CIPP shall be designed as a fully structural pipe, not relying on the remaining strength of the host pipe to withstand long-term external loading and internal pressure.
