Description

The Village of Orland Park is requesting proposals from a Sports Facility Planning Firm to design, construct and perform all other services (design-build) necessary to implement improvements to an existing concession stand within a twenty (20) acre sports complex site. The John Humphrey Complex is owned by the Village of Orland Park and located in the heart of the community south of 143rd Street and west of LaGrange Road. The firm shall provide components to the Complex renovation that will emphasize the improvement and renovation of the concession stand building within the complex. Proposals must include a list of services, equipment and goods to be provided in accordance with the following requirements.
