The Village of Orland Park (“Village”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from interested companies to provide Statement of Qualifications for Phase III Construction Engineering services for the 94th Avenue Resurfacing Improvements. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, asphalt pavement surface removal, hot-mix asphalt patching and surface courses, pavement marking, spot combination concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, and traffic control and management. The improvements occur within the jurisdiction of Village of Orland Park in Cook County, Illinois.
