The Village of Orland Park (“Village”) is requesting proposals for qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2022, 2023 and 2024, 2025 and 2026. These audits are to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States (GAAS) for governmental agencies, as well as the provisions set forth in this request for proposals. Auditing services will also encompass the preparation of Village’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for submittal to the GFOA’s Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting Program.
