Description

The Village of Orland Park is requesting design proposals from qualified engineering consultants for the Streambank Stabilization Project along Tinley Creek located in the Village. The overall scope of services includes reviewing and updating the previous design completed in 2014 (98% complete) by Michael Baker Jr., Inc., of Chicago, Illinois, conduct site surveys, design additional streambank sections, prepare separate exhibits to be shared with individual property owners, and deliver Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) that can be used by the Village to solicit bids from qualified contractors.
