The Village of Orland Park is soliciting bids from Contractors for the Village Hall Complex Improvements located at 14700 S. Ravinia Avenue, Orland Park, Illinois 60462.
The project involves reconstruction of the north parking lot including pavement, sidewalk, and storm sewer removal, aggregate base, binder course, surface course, curb and gutter, storm sewer and structures, sidewalk, and pavement markings. Traffic control and sidewalk detours are required. The south parking lot will be restriped with pavement markings. Existing parking lot lighting and foundations will be removed and replaced with new foundations, unit duct, conduit, and light poles and fixtures in the north, south, and west parking lots. Bollard lighting shall be installed along the east main path from the south parking lot to the Village Hall. The Village Hall entrance sidewalk will be removed and replaced with brick pavers. The center of the roundabout at Ravinia Avenue and 147th Street shall be landscaped with shrubs, trees, perennials, and mulch. Two decorative brick columns, planter urns, and Village lighted logos mounted on the columns will also be constructed within the center island. Stairs, railings, and bollard lighting will be added between Franklin Loebe Center (FLC) parking lot and the bridge between the Village Hall and FLC.
