Description

The initial agreement is a fixed price agreement for a term of thirty seven (37) months beginning June 1st, 2022 through June 30th, 2025 unless terminated earlier by either party, providing a thirty (30) day written notice. Polk County may extend this award for an additional two (2) successive one (1) year extensions, if it is in the best interest of the county.
Extension 1: July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026
Extension 2: July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027
After the initial 3 year term, the contracted vendor may submit a price adjustment for each consecutive extension year that must reflect the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The CPI adjustment is not cumulative. Exercise of the renewal options will be solely at the discretion of the Treasurer or the Treasurer’s designee
