Sealed bids will be received by the City of Goodland for one (1) RIDING MOWER. The City of Goodland reserves the right to waive minor technicalities under this specification. Federal and State laws supersede any conflicting part of this specification. The unit shall be a current model, new and unused, under standard production by the manufacturer. All parts utilized on the unit shall be new and unused.
All bids must be received in the City Clerk’s office on or before Wednesday, March 27, 2024, by 11:00 a.m. MST. This unit shall be delivered complete, serviced, and ready for work, and shall include all standard equipment. Bidder shall include brochure and warranty information with their bid. All bids should be marked, “MOWER”, on the outside of the envelope.
The bids will be opened for review in the office of the City Manager at 11:00 a.m. MST on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Bid award will take place the following Monday, April 1, 2024, at the regularly scheduled Commission Meeting.
Payment for this Mower will be in lump sum after delivery of the equipment, compliance with all of the accepted Bid Specifications, approval of the City Manager and City Commission but not sooner than the first regular City Commission Meeting following delivery and acceptance.
Should the bids come in above or below anticipated cost, the City reserves the right to adjust bid specs accordingly. The City of Goodland reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason or reasons deemed necessary.
