If a Bidder is registered with Bidnet Direct and down loads bid packages with the intentions of bidding, email City of Bossier Purchasing to be placed on our Plan Holders List.
Procuring Plans and Specifications from Purchasing for: Bid P25-01 On-Demand Concrete-Utility Department. The City of Bossier will receive bids until 12:30 p.m. January 2, 2025. Plans & Specs. $.00 Email:beauchemind@bossiercity.org .
Bids may be submitted electronically through www.bidnetdirect.com until the date and time as indicated in this document. A secure digital signature obtained from third party is required. The following is recommended: Https://www.docusign.com/ . If a bid bond is required, it may also be sent electronically by paying an annual fee to Http://surety2000.com . If an electronic quote is submitted the contractor should include his State Contractors License number when the quote with alternates amounts to $50,000.00 or more. It is the sole responsibility of the supplier to ensure their bid reaches Bidnet Direct before the closing date and time.
Supplier may submit the bid directly to purchasing in writing, attached bid form must be used. The bid must be signed in ink, sealed in a properly addressed envelope, delivered to the Bossier City Purchasing Agent, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building, 620 Benton Road, Bossier City, LA 71111 by the Due Date and Time. Written evidence of the authority of the person signing the bid for public works projects shall be submitted at the time of the bid and bid security must be included. On bids submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, Contractor shall be licensed under Louisiana Revised Statutes 37:2150-2163 and show his license number on the bid and envelope in which it is submitted. Bidder Name and address with required license number, "Bid Number", “Bid Title”, and "Due Date" should appear on the outside of the envelope.
All prices and notations must be in ink or typewritten. Each item must be priced separately. Unit price shall be shown and a total price shall be entered for each item bid. Errors may be crossed out and corrections printed in ink or typewritten and initialed in ink by person signing bid. If there is an error in the extension, the unit price will govern.
Bids, modifications, or corrections received after the closing time on the "Due Date" will be considered late and will be considered non responsive.
Facsimile or e-mail transmission of bids to purchasing will not be considered.
