The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office (STPSO) is requesting sealed bids for a variety of Printing Products. This contract is for one (1) year from the date of award with the option to renew for an additional one (1) year period.
Bids submitted must comply with the following:
- MUST be a Louisiana vendor.
- Vendor shall offer a Secure Online Ordering System that is accessible by users defined and approved by STPSO with unique user name and password assignment.
- All pricing shall include initial product set-up fees.
- All deliveries must be satisfied within 10 business days from date of order, unless otherwise notified by vendor in writing and approved by the ordering department.
- No changes or substitutions will be allowed without written authorization from STPSO Administration Department.
- NO minimum order requirements. Orders will be placed on an "AS NEEDED" basis for duration of contract.
- Bid prices shall include delivery of all items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided.
During the review process of bid submissions, the apparent lowest bidder may be asked to submit a sample/proof of the STPSO logo (7-point star); digital sample/proof will be acceptable. If requested, bidder shall submit additional information and/or samples within ten (10) days from bid opening date. Sample(s) supplied shall be at Bidder's cost. Failure to submit requested information will result in rejection of bid.
This bid shall be awarded to one (1) vender that is the lowest responsive, responsible vendor submitting the lowest overall cost meeting the required specifications. Bidder must bid on all items to be considered a responsive bidder.
Sealed Bids are to be received by the ST. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office Purchasing Department no later than 1:00 p.m. (CST), on October 25, 2024. No Bids will be received after 1:00 p.m. on October 25, 2024.

Bidders are responsible to ensure bid is received by the Purchasing Department no later than the above
stated date and time. No late bids will be accepted.
ST. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office is Exempt from Sales Tax.
St Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office shall have the right to reject any or all Bids for just cause in keeping with La. R.S. 38:2214.
