The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office (STPSO) is seeking sealed bids for 2025 Harley Davidson Police Motorcycles & Equipment, or equal. Bid shall Include equipment installation; Police Emergency Response kit, Lights, Sirens, and Saddlebag
STPSO intends to purchase four (4) or more, Harley Motorcycles, or equal, within (1) one year; however, NO MINIMUM orders will be accepted. Orders will be made on an "as needed" basis for the duration of contract. Pricing shall be valid for (1) one year from the date of award and include shipping cost.
Any bid submitted by a dealer for the purchase of motorcycles must include a copy of a valid Louisiana dealer's license issued under the provision of LRS 32:1254 (Louisiana Laws - Louisiana State Legislature).

Minimum: Four (4) 2025 Harley Davidson Police Motorcycles- Model FLHP with all standard factory equipment. St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office reserves the right to purchase vehicles with all, none, or a combination of
equipment. Any additional optional equipment not requested shall be at Dealer's cost. The bidder represents that all equipment offered under these specifications shall be NEW. Used, Shopworn, Demonstrator, or Prototype models ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
If product being offered differs from product requested, specification sheets and photographs that represent the item(s) being proposed must be included.
STPSO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LICENSING AND TITLING.
Bidders must meet all bid requirements to be considered. All items substitued must meet or exceed the published specifications of the specificed items listed below. All bids must include full detailed specification sheets, or similar data, to support item being offered if differnt from product specifications. FAILURE to furnish required data may be considered as cause for REJECTION OF BID for being non responsive. Bid prices shall include delivery of items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided.
Bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible vendor submitting the lowest overall cost meeting the required specifications.
By signing and submitting bid, vendor certifies that this is the lowest bid prices for quality equipment. In the event of a tie bid, vendors will be asked to submit a best and final offer.
Sealed Bids are to be received by the ST. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office Purchasing Department no later than 11:30 a.m. (CST), on March 21, 2025. No Bids will be received after 11:30 a.m. on March 21, 2025.
