The Saint Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office is requesting sealed bids for Inmate Uniforms. Bid contract is for one (1) year from the date of award with the option of one (1) annual renewal.
Sealed Bids are to be received by the St Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office Purchasing Department no later than 11:30a.m. (CST), on October 11, 2024. No Bids will be received after 11:30 am on October 11, 2024

Bidders are responsible to ensure bid is received by the Purchasing Department no later than the above stated date and time. No late bids will be accepted.
Bid will be awarded by LOT to the lowest responsive, responsible vendor(s) submitting the lowest cost meeting the required specifications. Vendor must provide pricing for a complete Bid Lot to be considered. Items will be ordered on an "as needed" basis. No minimum orders will be accepted. Bid prices shall include delivery of items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided.
All items substituted must meet or exceed the published specifications of the specified item(s) listed below. All such substituted item(s) must be accompanied with full detailed specification sheets. FAILURE to furnish required data may be considered as cause for REJECTION OF BID.
On average, the St. Tammany Parish Jail houses approximately 900-1000 Inmates daily.
Purchase orders will be issued as required by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office and are the vendor's ONLY authority to ship.
St Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office shall have the right to reject any or all Bids for just cause in keeping with La. R.S. 38:2214B.
