The St Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office is requesting sealed bids for the purchase of Law Enforcement Badges & Awards. Orders will be made on an "as needed" basis for the duration of the
contract.
Pricing
shall be valid for (1) one year from the date of award and have (3) three annual renewals. If bid is renewed the piggyback bid will renew also. Bid prices shall include delivery of all items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided.
Bids must include the following items to be considered responsive:
* Certificate of Insurance
* Signature sheet signed by an authorized representative (signature must be original and in ink. No photo copies or pencil signatures will be accepted)
* W9
* Specification Sheets if product being bid on is different than items being requested.
* Vendor Registration Form
ALL PAPER BIDS MUST CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE

Failure to submit requested information will result in the Rejection of the Bid for being non responsive.
Sealed Bids are to be received by the ST. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office Purchasing Department no later than 11:00 a.m. (CST), on MARCH 14, 2025. No Bids will be received after 11:00 a.m. on MARCH 14, 2025.

Bidders are responsible to ensure bid is received by the Purchasing Department no later than the above stated date and time. No late bids will be accepted.
Bidders must meet all bid requirements to be considered. All items substituted must meet or exceed the published specifications of the specified item(s) listed below. Specifications of items being offered must meet or exceed specifications of items listed below. All bids must include full detailed specification sheets, or similar data, to support item being offered if different from product specifications. FAILURE to furnish required data may be considered as cause for REJECTION OF BID for being non responsive. Upon evaluation of bids received, bidders may be asked for a sample to verify that the item proposed meets solicitation requirements. Requested sample shall be at bidders expense. Bid prices shall include delivery of items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided
Orders will be made on an "as needed" basis and NO Minimum Order will be accepted.
BID AWARD
Bid will be awarded by LOT to the lowest responsive, responsible vendor(s) submitting the lowest cost per LOT meeting the required
specifications. Vendor does not have to bid on each lot to qualify. Bid prices shall include delivery of items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise
provided.
The descriptions and specifications of each LOT are of the items being requested. Bidders must furnish catalog pages, specification sheets, or similar data to support product(s)
being offered if different than specifications requested. Failure to furnish required data may be considered as cause for rejection of bid.
Prices shall include the cost of rank or badge number engraving, if applicable. Instructions for rank/badge
number engraving will be communicated when purchases are made.
- Orders shall be received within 10 business days from date of order, or with approved extension by STPSO.
- Awarded products not delivered for two (2) consecutive weeks will be forfieited and award given to the next lowest bidder.
- Delivery Must be available to All Locations within the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office with the main delivery location at
STPSO HUMAN RESOURCES,
300 Brownswitch Rd. Slidell, LA 70458,
- Prices must include all shipping/fuel charges.
- NO MINIMUM order specifications will be accepted for this bid.
Vendors electing to claim Louisiana preference, as defined by LA RS38:2251, et. seq., must complete the attached Louisiana Preference Claim Form and present it as part of the bid proposal.
By signing and submitting bid, vendor certifies that this is the lowest
bid prices for quality products. In the event of a tie bid, vendors will be asked to submit a best and final offer.
Purchase orders will be issued as required by the ST. Tammany
Parish Sheriff's Office and the Vendor's Only authority to ship. Samples may be requested and will be at the vendors expense.
ST. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office is Exempt from Sales Tax.
St Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office shall have the right to reject any or all Bids for just cause in keeping with
La. R.S. 38:2214B.
