This solicitation is reserved for only application submitted/certified local small businesses timely registered with the County’s LSBRP. This solicitation thus comes under County Code, sections 11B-17A; 11B-65; 11B-70 and Executive Regulation 21-05AM. The County host multiple events throughout the year that require catering services. Events are restricted to County-owned facilities and various outdoor fields. Orders placed for Groups 1 and 2, and Optional Items will be a 10 person minimum.
a. Contractor is responsible for all required permits and licenses necessary to perform work to provide the goods and services under the awarded contract.
b. Contractor must provide condiments, table linens, serving platters, serving utensils, utensils, napkins, cups, plates, chafing dishes, wick fuels and all products necessary to complete the work listed.
c. Contractor must set up and break down all buffets.
d. Contractor must confirm order and submit a quote within two (2) business days to the County.
e. Contractor’s staff must be appropriately attired and contain identification from the Contractor.
f. Contractor must deliver all items to designated locations.
g. Full-Service includes wait staff, passed hors D-oeuvres and a minimum of one staff per 15 guests.

i. Contractor will individually serve event participants and invoice the County for amount
(minimum of 50 servings).
