The Contractor will provide on-site
repairs/replacements of electric motors and pumps at County-owned swimming pools. If the
repairs/replacements are too extensive for on-site services, the Contractor will make all
repairs/replacement within their site and return completed orders to the necessary facility.
The Contractor will provide response/pick up/delivery within the requested time below:
1. Routine pick-up repairs completed at Contractor’s site
a. Pick-up from County in 3 days from request
b. Estimate due to County in 7 days from pick-up
c. Completion/delivery in 30 days from approved estimate
2. Emergency pick-up
a. Pick-up from County in 24 hours from request
b. Estimate due to County in 8 hours from pick up
c. Completion/delivery in 24 hours from approved estimate
3. On-site service at County-owned swimming pools
a. Completion in 5 days from request
4. Repairs/Replacements completed by Manufacturer
a. Completion in 10 days from approved estimate
The place of deliver items ordered under this contract shall be agreed upon between the County and the Contractor at the time the order is placed. Deliveries will be made to various locations in Montgomery County between the hours of 7:30am and 5:00pm on regular County business days unless other arrangements have been made.
The Contractor will provide the County with a contact person’s name, telephone number, and email address for normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Answering machines are unacceptable as a point of contact. For emergency repairs, outside of normal business hours (early morning, late night, weekends, and/or holidays), the Contractor will provide the County with a contact person’s name, telephone number and email address.
