1148555 - Harley Davidson Motorcycle Parts, Maintenance and Repair

It is the County’s intent to enter into a contract with one qualified entity to provide maintenance and repair service for the Montgomery County Department of Police Harley Davidson Police Motorcycles.  
1. The Contractor must be an authorized/certified in the repair and maintenance of Harley Davidson Police Motorcycles which includes the Contractor’s repair shop (police emergency equipment), warranty shop, routine maintenance, scheduled maintenance and mechanical repair shop.
2. Parts must be original Harley Davidson parts and equipment.
3. The Contractor warrants that its employees are properly trained, licensed, insured.
CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY
The Contractor shall not assign, transfer, convey, sublet or otherwise dispose of the Contract, or any or all of its rights, title or interest herein, without the prior written consent of the County.
