1127721 - Level III.1 Clinically Managed Low Intensity Residential Treatment Services

Historically, Montgomery County (the County) received grant funds from the Maryland Department of Health – Behavioral Health Administration (MDH-BHA) to assist with the provision of community-based substance use disorder treatment services targeting the needs of adult women who have moderate substance use and/or co-occurring disorders.  The County, with the support of additional local funds, provides a Clinically Managed Medium-Intensity Residential (Level III.3) program as defined by Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR).

The entity chosen to provide services shall be responsible for conforming to all relevant requirements of the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) Section §10.63.

The County seeks proposals from qualified, experienced entities to operate and provide a Clinically Managed Medium-Intensity Residential Treatment (Level III.3) program as defined by Code of Maryland Regulations [COMAR] Title 10, Subtitle 63, Chapter 03, Subchapter 12  as a Residential Medium-Intensity Substance Related Disorder program for a static group of up to  twenty persons: (10) adult women who may have co-occurring substance use and psychiatric disorders, and house up to a total of 10 of their children (age of 10 and younger, unless otherwise approved in writing, in advance by the County).  These services are to be provided in a County owned facility located at 14705 Avery Road, Rockville, Maryland, 20853. The County intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this Request for Proposals (RFP).
