1150605 - Multilingual Certification Testing Services

The County is seeking a Contractor with experience in language certification testing methods to conduct testing for Montgomery County Government employees and applicants (“candidates”) to determine if their oral and/or written language skills qualify them to serve as multilingual certified employees with language abilities.
The County will award one Contract as a result of this RFP.
The Contractor must conduct individual language testing of candidates by using language testing metrics and scales that correspond to the U.S. Government’s Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scale, to accurately evaluate an individual’s language skills for a language other than English in the following areas and certification levels.
