1149885 - Novelty and Promotional Items

This solicitation is reserved for only application submitted/certified local small businesses timely registered with the County’s LSBRP. This solicitation thus comes under County Code, sections 11B-17A; 11B-65; 11B-70 and Executive Regulation 21-05AM.  These documents can be accessed through the LSBRP web site at (www.montgomerycountymd.gov/LSBRP). 

Montgomery County Department of General Services, Division of Central Services, Publishing and Document Services Section, requires novelty and promotional items.  Work will be assigned to the Contractor based on County need and the sole discretion of Montgomery County Publishing and Document Services Contract Administrator, or designee.  

The County intends to enter into a Contract with one qualified vendor who is technically proficient with novelty items, but not limited to water bottles, back packs, plaques, and coffee mugs.  

The novelty items will be purchased through Publishing and Document Services website which is linked to the Contractor’s website. All items will be delivered to Print Shop and distributed by Montgomery County Publishing and Document Services Section.

Montgomery County Publishing and Document Services Section requires that the vendor creates a https website accessible to Montgomery County Government employees to browse promotional products they offer. This site will be accessed via a https redirect in the Montgomery County Online Printshop. Materials purchased as a result of this solicitation may consist of items such as clipboards, desk accessories, tee shirts, baseball caps, key rings, buttons, magnets, cups, pencils, rulers, and tote bags, and other similar items. The offeror is encouraged to offer recycled material. The purchase of any and all items will be on an as-needed basis.
