Montgomery County's Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking a qualified, experienced and culturally proficient entity or entities to provide a program of ethnically and culturally based school and community-based trauma-informed youth development and mental health services for Seneca Valley High School students and their families. The program must include services that address:

1. youth exposed to violence,
2. complex trauma,
3. incarceration,
4. sexual and human trafficking,
5. dating violence,
6. excessive school related and daily life stresses,
7. suicidal ideations,
8. risky, violent, and sexual behaviors related to low self-esteem,
9. gang influences, gang involvement,
10. drug and alcohol abuse,
11. drug dealing,
12. anger management issues,
13. homelessness,
14. refugee minors fleeing violence in the home and school,
15. undocumented immigrant issues,
16. family reunification issues,
17. teen pregnancy,
18. sexual, physical, and emotional abuse,
19. bullying,
20. Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning (LGBTQ) issues,
21. other risk factors which are barriers to wellbeing and academic success like workload stress, truancy, poor student-teacher relations, or student-family relations.
