1168149 - Vegetated Roof (Green) Maintenance

DEP intends to enter into one (1) Contract with a company qualified to perform vegetated roof maintenance and inspection of vegetated roofs. The Contractor will be responsible for, and must complete, all technical and administrative requirements necessary to accomplish assigned tasks in accordance with the Contract resulting from this solicitation. The primary Contractor must have direct experience in vegetated roof maintenance and restoration work, must be able to directly perform 75 percent of the work issued under the Contract using its own workforce, and must be present for and oversee any and all work performed on any roof.

For the purpose of this solicitation, “Contract” under the Scope of Work refers to the Contract awarded as the result of the solicitation.
