Given the COVID-19 state of emergency, the City will provide two (2) by-appointment-only opportunities for potential bidders to take a guided tour through the Library. Only one representative per company will be allowed to make an appointment. The site visits will occur on the following dates:
i. Monday, November 30th at 10:00 AM; and
ii. Tuesday, December 1st at 10:00 AM
B. Appointments can be made by emailing Nina Nazarian at nnazarian@medford-ma.gov and must requested 24 business hours in advance of the scheduled site visit. Each site visit will be limited to 4 attendees. Additional appointment times will be added by addendum, if necessary. Each attendee is required to properly wear a face mask in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines. All attendees are required to socially distance wherever possible.
C. Questions will not be answered during the site visits. All questions must be submitted in writing in accordance with Section 4 of the RFP.
