24163 - BIOXIDE, MAINTENANCE & MONITORING SERVICES

In accordance with M.G.L. c30 §39M, the City of Gloucester (City)  is soliciting bids from experienced contractors to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to supply Bioxide, Maintenance & Monitoring Services for a one-year period with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods at the sole discretion of the City.  Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply.  A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price.
