24147 - Compressor and Condenser Maintenance and Repair for Rink

The City of Gloucester hereby solicits sealed bids from responsive and responsible vendors to provide Condenser and Compressor Maintenance and Repair Service in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, chapter 149.  The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials (Payment) Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price, a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 for Public Liability and $1,000,000 Property Damage Insurance and evidence of Worker Comp insurance. The contract will be for one (1) year with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City.
