The City of Gloucester hereby solicits sealed bids from responsive and responsible vendors to provide construction equipment rental and services in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Sec. 39M.. The estimated purchase value is $700,000. The actual usage will be based on the City’s need. Prevailing Wage rates shall apply. Bids must include a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Year 1 Extended Total. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price.
