24093 - Roof Rehabilitation of the DPW Barn

The City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #24093, for the Rehabilitation of the metal roof and other associated building envelope improvements as needed at the DPW Barn. DCAMM Certified Contractors are sought for the following category: “Roofing”. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. Bids will be due and opened electronically on Wed., Feb. 14, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct. Bids will be available on Jan. 17, 2024 at bidnet direct. There will be a pre-bid meeting on Jan. 25, 2024 @ 9:00 am at 28 Poplar Street Gloucester, MA.   The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City.  The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
